Your Voucher details can be found on the back of your paper Voucher (or on your printed eVoucher), as follows:
Your Voucher number is the 12 digital number (beginning with ‘N’) found near the barcode image
Your PIN is a four digit number located near the barcode, often along the right side of the barcode image
