- Gold Class Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for one single admission to a Gold Class session at Albany and Queen St Gold Class cinema.
- Gold Class Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The onus is on the holder to use the Gold Class Gift Voucher before the specified expiry date
- This Gold Class Voucher has been sold with the understanding that it will not be extended, replaced or refunded and is invalid without an expiry date.
- Gold Class Gift Vouchers can be booked online for Albany and Queen St Gold Class cinema.Booking fees may apply.
- Surcharges apply for 3D screenings. Glasses sold separately.
- Standard film classifications apply.
- Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times & will not be served alcohol.
- No change given.
- Gold Class Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written permission of the Event Cinemas Limited.
- Any advertisement, circulation or publication, which includes a reference to EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin) or The Embassy Theatre by you or one of your customers, must first be approved in writing by the Event Cinemas Ltd.
- Gold Class Gift Vouchers cannot be used at World Cinema, Film Festivals, Movie Marathons, alternate content screenings or any special screenings where the price is greater than a standard admission.
- Gold Class Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gold Class Gift Vouchers will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin) or The Embassy Theatre may subject Gold Class Gift Vouchers to verification and security checks in its absolute discretion.
- EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin) or The Embassy Theatre reserves the right to cancel any Gold Class Gift Voucher, or the Gold Class Gift Voucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin) or The Embassy Theatre may either provide a refund or a replacement Gold Class Gift Voucher of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to a Gold Class Gift Voucher.
- EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin) or The Embassy Theatre reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions of Use for Gold Class Gift Vouchers without notice.
- The Gold Class Gift Voucher remains the property of to EVENT Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas (Newmarket and Dunedin) or The Embassy Theatre.
- Valid for use in New Zealand only.
