What happens to the vouchers in my order if I submit a refund request?

If you have submitted a refund request for a booking that includes Vouchers & Gift Cards;

• Any vouchers used in the booking will be replaced if your refund request is granted. Vouchers cannot be refunded. 
• Any Gift Card used in the booking will be refunded if your refund request is granted. The original expiry date of the voucher will remain the same.
