Can I request a refund due to COVID-19?

If you are unable to attend your session due to illness, please submit a refund request HERE and our Customer Service team will be in touch to assist you. 

Please include all relevant information including the reason for the request, and the booking reference code (Starts with W). 

  • If your booking includes vouchers, the vouchers will be replaced.
  • If your booking was paid by Gift Card, the same Gift Card will be refunded and re-loaded. 

Our Customer Service team work standard business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm). Depending on the number of requests they have received you can expect a response within 1-3 business days. 

Refunds can still be processed after the session time has begun, so do not worry if you have contacted outside of business hours or if the booked session is starting soon. 

Please do not submit multiple requests as this can slow down the response time.
